Senior HR Specialist (m/f/d) We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the ground in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com). Job Description Your crew during this flight: We are a growing team of People undamp; Organization (Pundamp;O) enthusiasts dedicated to building the world´s best workplace for urban air mobility pioneers. You will be surrounded by helpful and open Pundamp;O colleagues from a truly multicultural group with strong collaboration - who love what they do and have fun along the way. Your mission during this flight: You will be responsible for facilitating excellent People Operations undamp; Experience along the employee lifecycle. As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be delivering services along the entire employee life cycle. Your holistic People/HR Operations knowledge will help you quickly understand employee/company needs and develop solutions by collaborating with the key stakeholders like employees, HR Business Partners, or Talent Acquisition Specialists. In addition, this position offers you great growth opportunities.
